So, despite my concentrated efforts, it snowed. We got about six inches of the dreaded white stuff… it’s like a freaking winter wonderland (of horrors). Bah! Humbug!
I will not resign myself! I’m going to complain bitterly until the spring rains have washed the last trace of salt from the roads!
Speaking as a fan of Young Frankenstein, I’d be careful about invoking that motto if I were you (or even if I was me, for that matter).
I am resigning myself to it this year, Greg. It has not stopped snowing here for 36 hours. Remember the Minnesota state motto: It could always be worse.
