Speaking of President-Elect Barack Obama

Regular readers may recall a prediction that I made on November, 28 2004.
I said, in part, that I thought Barack Obama might very well be our first “African-American” Vice President, perhaps even President.

That was nearly 4 years ago!

In the name of full-disclosure, I had also picked Wesley Clark as our next president prior to the 2004 DNC and we all know how that panned out.

Barack Obama Part 2

In a previous missive I mentioned how much I enjoy saying his name… I just do, it’s fun to say. Anyway, I saw him on Letterman last Friday night and I was really impressed. What charisma that guy has! I think he might very well be our first “African-American” Vice President, perhaps even President.

Of course, I thought Wesley Clark was going to be our next President back before the 2004 DNC, so my powers of political prognostication are questionable, at best.
